Cancellation Policy of Membership

World Designing Forum is your preferred platform for design discussions and knowledge sharing. As a membership-based platform, we understand the importance of having clear cancellation policies in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Therefore, please read our cancellation policy carefully before becoming a member:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our support team at support@worlddesigningforum.com. Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Members who cancel their membership within the first 3 days of joining will be entitled to a partial refund of their membership fee.

Members who cancel their membership after the first 30 days of joining will not be entitled to a refund of their membership fee.

Members who cancel their membership but have outstanding payments or dues will not be entitled to a refund until their outstanding payments or dues have been settled in full.

Membership cancellation requests will be processed within 24 business hours from the registration. Members will receive a confirmation email once their cancellation has been processed.

In case of any disputes regarding membership cancellations, World Designing Forum reserves the right to make the final decision.
