World Designing Forum

Information you choose to provide

The website prepares a summary of the contact details, profile information, portfolio or Instagram links and enquiry text you choose to enter. It is held in the current page only, until you leave or reload. Please submit only information needed for your enquiry, and do not provide identity documents, payment credentials or confidential third-party material.

Purpose and access

Current forms do not send your details to a website database or automatically email them. When you choose “Send enquiry on WhatsApp”, the complete summary is passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message to +91 9355702750. It reaches WDF only after you tap Send in WhatsApp. WDF uses received enquiries to review and respond to your request. Enquiries submitted through the earlier website form remain in its protected administration database. No unrelated marketing subscription is created.

Retention and requests

Enquiry data is retained for the handling of the enquiry and related follow-up, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by writing to business@worlddesigningforum.com with your name, contact details and, where available, your earlier submission reference. WDF may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Website services and external links

Your selected language is stored on your device. The hosting provider may process technical access logs. YouTube thumbnails load from YouTube; playing a video loads its privacy-enhanced player. Publisher assets identify external links. Instagram media, when connected, is retrieved from Meta and may load media from Meta’s servers. WhatsApp, Instagram and email links open external services governed by their own policies. No advertising or analytics tracker has been added to this website.

Children and submitted work

Applicants must be 18 or older, or have a parent, guardian or authorised institutional representative make the enquiry. Portfolio links should be view-only. Do not submit work without the creator’s permission.
